If you were a "Monster Kid" growing up in the 60s and 70s, you will recall seeing all of those incredible record albums advertised by Captain Company in the back pages of Famous Monsters of Filmland. Though you drooled over those albums, you probably never had the chance or could afford to order those vinyl platters. Slowly, those albums sold out or disappeared from those pages forever over time. Today, those out-of-print records are near impossible to find. Worst yet, you probably don't even have a record player to play back those albums, even if you could find them. Ever wonder what mystery beheld on those vinyl discs? Well, that mystery is about to end.

Castle Records is on a crusade to dig up those creepy LPs and present them once again, on CD! But that is just the beginning of our pursuit! We try and locate the best quality LPs we can find, clean and transcribe the audio tracks to digital, then clean up the tracks to enlighten your listening pleasure. But we don't restore them to a point where you loose that LP experience. Next, we restore the original album covers and photoprint them on CD sleeves that your CD can be placed in. Just like a record! And speaking of "record" even the CD looks like a vinyl album! Is that cool or what? All of this comes in its own vinyl slipjacket!
